b. I forgot my Password?
Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the Homepage, enter the email address and click submit. You will receive your password to the email address specified.

c. I am getting an error “Email Address not found in our records”
The email address entered after clicking “Forgot Password” link should match with the parent email address given during admission. To update the email address, please reach out to the school campus and have the email address updated

d. I am being asked to enter the email address
This means there is no parent/guardian email address on file. Please give a valid and regularly used email address as this will be used for all store related communications (Order Booked, Order Confirmed, Shipping, Delivery etc…)

a. How do I know what items should be purchased for a particular Class & Syllabus?
Select Class, Syllabus and click “Show”. This will show all the Mandatory and Optional Items for the selected Class & Syllabus ii. Alternatively, Clicking on “Items List” will show all the Mandatory Items for the selected Class & Syllabus -
b. What are "Step 1, Step 2 & Step 3"?
The purchasing process is divided into 3 steps,
Step 1 - Adding all items to the cart except Language Text Books
Step 2 - Adding the II and/or III Language Text Books
Step 3 - Check Out & Payment

c. I want to add all the Mandatory Items to Cart in one go?
Clicking on “Add all to Cart” button will add all the pre-selected items (Mandatory for the selected Class & Syllabus) as well as any changes made to the quantities.

d. I want to add the items by Category (Text Books, Note Books etc..)
Clicking on “Add all Text Books to Cart” or “Add all Note Books to Cart” etc… buttons will add all the pre-selected Text Books, Note Books etc… (Mandatory for the selected Class & Syllabus) as well as any changes made to the quantities.

e. I want to remove all the Items from Cart in one go?
Once the items are added to Cart the using the “Add all to Cart” button, it changes to “Remove all from Cart”. Once you click on “Remove all from Cart”, all items will be removed from Cart
f. How do I know which language books to purchase?
The language books are seperated by Language. If you know the II and/or III language for the student, all you need to do is to click "Add All Language Books to Cart" - Language being Hindi, Telugu etc. If you are interest to purchase only 1 or few language books you can navigate to that particular book in the page and click "Add to Cart"

a. How do I make changes to the Cart?
Clicking on “My Cart” in the header will show all the items added to the cart. You can remove an item, increase or decrease the quantity and add any additional items -

a. What is Order Status?
Here are the four stages of the order
- Order Booked – When the order has been placed
- Order Confirmed – When Order is confirmed with the following (Complete Accept/Reject or Partial Accept/Reject)
- Order Shipped – When order is tagged to be shipped on a certain date
- Order Delivered – When the order has been successfully Delivered

b. What do you mean by payment status “Not Received”?
Items have been added to the cart, checked out but payment is not completed successfully due to various reasons

c. What do you mean by “Partial Accept”
During Order Confirmation, if for some reasons total items cannot be shipped out, order status will change to “Partial Reject”

a. How Can I pay?
You can pay using Credit/Debit Cards or through Internet Banking

b. My Order has been Partially Accepted. How will I get the refund?
You refund will be processed automatically for the non-shipped items and will credit back to your account or card within 3-5 business days.

c. I have placed an order but want to cancel the order?
Once the order is placed, it can be cancelled only before the order is Confirmed. Once the order is Confirmed, you will not be able to cancel the order.

d. I want to cancel the order before it is verified? How do I do it and get the Refund?
Please navigate to My Orders in My Account. You should see a “Cancel” link for all non-verified orders. Clicking on this will cancel the order and the refund will be processed automatically and the amount will be credited back to your account or card within 3-5 business days

a. How do I change my Password or Email Address?
Clicking on My Profile in My Account will lead you to change your Password or update your Email Address. Please beware that changing the Password or Email Address will change in all other applications (ex. Student Performance Application) -

a. I have placed an order? When can I get the Items?
You order will be shipped to you in 3-5 business day from the time order has been placed. -

b. I have not received my items? I have placed the order 5 days back?
In 99% cases the items will be delivered in 3-5 business days. If you haven’t still received the items, please send an email to oakstores@oakridge.in mentioning your Order ID-Order Not Received in the email “Subject”. -
